4-6 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
2 cans cream of chicken
1 C. sour cream
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 C. mozzarella cheese shredded
-Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9x13 pan.
1/4 C. butter
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
-Melt 1/4 C. butter and mix with 1 package of smashed Ritz crackers.
-Spread the ritz crackers over the chicken.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
