Best Ever Chocolate Cake - No Eggs

Cake
3 Cup Flour
2 Cup Sugar
6 Tbsp. baking cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. Salt

2 Cup Water
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. White Vinegar
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions
Combine: first 5 ingredients
Add: water, oil vinegar, vanilla
Beat: low 1 min
Beat: medium 1 min

Greased 13x9x2 baking pan 40-45 min
or two 8" round pans 35 - 40 min


Bake 350 degrees
Cool on wire rack

Fluffy Chocolate Frosting
1 Cup cold milk
1 (3.9 oz) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz) container of frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions
Beat: milk, pudding for 2 min
Beat in whipped topping. Spread over cake.

Refrigerate leftovers. Yield 12 - 15 servings.
