Pumpkin Cobbler

1 15oz can pumpkin
1 12oz can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 C. sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Substitute for:(2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cloves)

Mix all together, poor into 9x13 pan

Sprinkle yellow cake mix on top, and cut up 1/2 C. butter to add on top.

Bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees

Goes great with: whipping cream or vanilla ice cream!
