“This recipe for 'lemonade' actually uses limes and has the additional sweetness of sweetened condensed milk. Best served immediately."
INGREDIENTS:
2 Limes 3 Cups Water
½ Cup Sugar Ice
3 Tbls Sweetened Condensed Milk
DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash limes thoroughly. Cut off the ends and slice into eight wedges. Place limes in a blender with the sugar, sweetened condensed milk (spray cooking spray into measuring spoon so milk will just slide out), water, and ice.
2. Blend in an electric blender, pulsing 5 times (10 Seconds). Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove rinds. Press remaining liquid out of rinds with a spoon through the strainer. Serve over ice.
