Lasagna

1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
 
4 cups shredded mozzarella
 
3 layers each:
sauce (reserve 1/2 for top)
noodles
cheese mixture and mozzarella
 
Spread reserved  sauce over top
 
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
 
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
